ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru./Ms.G.Thiruvarutselvan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru./Ms.R.M.Anbunithi, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: By order dated 26.07.2021, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs as compensation to the parents of the victim, who died in the accident before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. Today, the case has been listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. Today receipt has been produced wherein it has been mentioned that on 12.08.2021 a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs has been deposited to the credit of the above said Crime number.

2.Since the amount has been deposited, compliance has been placed on record.
