ORDER
The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 29.04.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.10598 of 2024.
2. While allowing the writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.10598 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024, this Court directed the respondents therein to refix the pension of the petitioner based on the notional promotion granted to him retrospectively with effect from 22.03.1989 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said copy of the order made in W.P.(MD).No.10598 of 2024 served to the respondents only on 12.09.2024.

4. Mr.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents basing on the averments made in the counter affidavit submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 25.11.2024.
5. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also accepted that the order of this Court has been complied with on 25.11.2024.
6. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the order of this Court is complied with and as such there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order of this Court.
