This revision case has been preferred against the order that has been passed by the Family Court, Madurai.

2.The above said order has been passed on the petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.335 of 2022, which was filed to set aside the exparte order that was passed on 20.09.2021. While passing the above said order, a condition was imposed upon the petitioner to pay a sum Rs. 1,00,000/- to the respondent towards maintenance. Aggrieved by the same this revision petition has been preferred.

3.Absolutely, I find no reason to interfere with the above said order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is working in a private concern and now because of the pandemic situation, he is not in position to mobilize the above said fund. Since the petitioner has admitted that he is working in a private concern, I find no reason to interfere with the above said order. This petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, dismissed.
