COMMON ORDER Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side represented that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court on 07.02.2024 and they have also produced a copy of the Settlement agreement before this Court.

2. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of as per the terms of the settlement agreement. The said settlement agreement shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
