ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the proposal for promotion of their staff has not been considered, filed a writ petition in WP(MD)No.6605 of 2025 and this court by order dated 12.03.2025 disposed of the same with the following direction:

"6... This writ petition is allowed with a direction to the third respondent to accord approval to the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 22.08.2024 within a period of three weeks from 2/5

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. " 2.Now the petitioner has filed this contempt petition that the above order of this court has not been complied with.

3.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General based on the written instructions submits that the order of this court has been complied with by granting approval to the proposal of the petitioner.

4.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. 02.01.2026 DSK 3/5
