ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents/Police 3, 4 and 5 to secure and produce the DUSTER car having registration No.TN-18-L-4777 before the 6th respondent/Motor Vehicle Inspector for Inspecting the Motor vehicles Mechanical Inspection under the Crime No.223/2019 on the file of the 5th Respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the vehicle in question has been seized and produced before the Motor Vehicle Inspector for inspection in Crime No.223/2019.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
