Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 3 and 4 to dispose the Petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2022 on the basis of Na.Ka.No.567/2022-III/rp5> dated 07.11.2022 sent by the 4th Respondent. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 3 and 4 to dispose the Petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2022 on the basis of Na.Ka.No.567/2022-III/rp5> dated 07.11.2022 sent by the 4th Respondent for issuance of No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to register the document presented by the petitioner.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner submitted his representation, dated 11.04.2022 before the Respondents and is still pending consideration. It is also submitted that he may grant liberty to file any materials/order in support of his claim.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents 3 and 4 2/5
that the above representation of the Petitioner shall be considered and passed orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Recording the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to file any additional material/order in support of his claim. The Respondents 3 and 4 shall consider and pass orders on the the Petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after taking into account material/order furnished by the Petitioner and affording a reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and any other interested parties/stake holders, if any.
