ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Grade II Police Constable for the year 2012 in the light of the order dated 09.06.2025 made in WA No.234 of 2025 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner to the first respondent on 10.09.2024 within a time frame that may be fixed by Court.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to appoint the petitioner to the post of Grade II Police Constable for the year 2012, he has also made a representation to the first respondent on 10.09.2024. Hence, without entering upon the merits of the claim made 2/4

by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the judgment made in W.A(MD).No.234 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
