Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner states that he has already furnished all the relevant document as sought for. The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate grounds. The second respondent is directed to forward the petition mentioned application dated 06.10.2016 to the first respondent immediately and without any delay, if not already forwarded. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
