PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the recommendation made by the second respondent dated 13.10.2022 in its proceedings in Appeal No.9239 of 2019 and consequential order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 10.11.2022 made in Letter No.9239/UD-5(1)/2019-16 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within the period stipulated by this Court.
