ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 286 of IPC and Section 9(B)(1)(a) of Indian Explosives Act, 1984 in Crime No.393 of 2023 on the file of the respondent 1/3
police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused had manufactured crackers outside the building premises against the violation of license condition, hence the case came to be registered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. He would further submit that the alleged work has been done by labours and not by these petitioners, hence he seek anticipatory to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners stating that the petitioners herein along with other accused have manufactured crackers without following any safety measures causing endanger to them and others.
5. On Perusal of records it is seen that the petitioners along with other accused without adopting any safety measures and valid license had prepared explosives substances causing endanger to labours and peoples nearby the factory. Further investigation is still pending and hence custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required in this case, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
