Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition mentioned H.M.O.P.No.890 of 2021. In normal circumstances, I would be reluctant to 1/3
issue a direction as sought for. This is because, the court below is loaded with work. However, the petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner is a woman and that she is the petitioner in the HMOP. It is also stated that the respondent remained ex-parte on more than one occasion and he is adopting dragging on tactics. In these circumstances, a direction sought for may have to be granted. The petitioner is aged about 35 years old. If she does not obtain relief early, she may get a second innings. I direct the court below to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 890 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the next hearing date.
