Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. He is figuring as third defendant in O.S.No.28 of 1988 on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai. It is a suit for partition. Preliminary decree was passed and it has become final. IA has been filed for passing of final decree. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner states that all the respondents have been served and the advocate commissioner's report has also been received.

3. I therefore direct the court below to dispose of I.A.No.158 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the next hearing date.
