O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by an Office Assistant working in the third respondent School seeking a Mandamus, for issuance of revised appointment approval with effect from 01.04.2010.

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers reveals that the petitioner's appointment as an Office Assistant in the third respondent School was approved by the authorities on 30.05.2018 with effect from 04.04.2018 and not from 01.04.2010. However, without challenging the said order, the present writ petition has been filed, seeking a Mandamus.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. In view of the above said facts, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.05.2018, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
