The instant writ petition has been filed by a Block Development Officer, seeking a mandamus for conferment of selection grade benefits to the writ petitioner from 01.03.2001 onwards.

2. Pending writ petition, based upon the proceedings dated 15.12.2020, the third has passed an order dated 15.11.2024, rejecting the request of the petitioner for conferment of Selection Grade.
