PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No. 2397/2012/E1 dated 04.06.2019 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and the Consequential Impugned Order in Na.Ka. No. 887/2013/E1 dated 23.10.2019 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondent to disburse the payment to a tune of Rs.54,68,048 along with 12% interest to the Petitioner with regard to the works pertaining to the providing BT Surface using Paver machine at Singankavoo Road from Narikkal Koil to Gas Godown Road, Thickanamcode Road to Ottaikan Bridge, Thickanamcode Road to Thantha Vilagam Road, Village Office Road Vanmalar Colony to Cheemplivillai Road, Azad Nagar Road to K.S.S.S. Colony, Vellipilayar Koil to Colcahel Kadai in Coloachel Municipality within the time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

W.P. (MD) No. 26145 of 2019 this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also communicated a letter dated 22.06.2020 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to that effect, which is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequentially, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
