O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.10.2023 given to the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now the matter has taken cognizance by Revenue Divisional Officer for taking action under Section 107 Cr.P.C., and so far no development is made.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would further submit that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner with the second respondent herein. Only finding that the trouble made between the parties, the above said recommendation was made by the concerned authority, on 17.09.2023.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), both the parties are directed to appear before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer and workout their remedy, there itself. The respondents Police may have no role in this matter. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
