PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10549 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11995 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10549 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11995 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for nearly 52 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are 2/4

complying with the condition for 52 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.10549 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11995 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10549 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11995 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
