Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. 1/4

2. The petitioner is figuring as defendant in O.S.No.1004 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srirangam. It is stated that the suit was instituted way back in the year 1998 and that it was transferred and re-numbered as O.S.No.1004 of 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are two other connected suits ie., O.S.No.1132 of 2019 and O.S.No.10 of 2020 on the file of the very same Court. It is also stated that those suits were instituted long back. The learned trial munsif is said to be taking up three suits. Considering the age of the suits, I direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Srirangam to dispose of O.S.No. 1004 of 2019, O.S.No.1132 of 2019 & O.S.No.10 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the next hearing date.
