No.63 of 2017 in O.S. No.50 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge, Madurai.
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the 1/4
caption 'Extension of Time' and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 20.09.2023, 12.12.2023 and 05.06.2024 and on considering the requisition of the I Additional District Judge, Madurai dated 08.11.2024, vide D.No.1201/2024, seeking further two months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 50 of 2015, this Court made the following order:
"Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time".
2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 20.09.2023, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, at the request of the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, three months further time was granted, vide order dated 12.12.2023 and thereafter time was extended till 31.07.2024 vide order dated 05.06.2024.
3. Now, the learned I Additional District Judge Madurai, has submitted a requisition dated 08.11.2024 seeking two months further time to dispose of the case. 2/4
4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant time as sought for by the learned I Additional District Judge. Accordingly, two months further time is granted finally to dispose of the suit from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
