O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a retired Compositor working in the second respondent Government Press.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner's Pay Scale was revised by order of the second respondent, dated 06.02.2014, under which, his Grade Pay was enhanced.

3. As per the said order, the monetary benefits would flow from 01.04.2013 onwards. Though the writ petitioner had retired from service on 30.06.2019, the said monetary benefits have not been conferred upon him, as per the order, dated 06.02.2014. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents

5. Considering the fact that already, an order has been passed in favour of the writ petitioner conferring certain benefits, which are yet to be 2/4

implemented, this Court directs the second respondent herein to pass consequential orders of disbursement of the monetary benefits to the writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
