The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to return the original sale deed to the petitioner.

2. Upon instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, produced a letter dated 26.12.2019, as per which, the petitioner had received the original sale deed from the fourth respondent Society on 26.12.2019.

3. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
