ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 13.03.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli vide the letter in D.No.763 /2023 dated 19.10.2023, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 13.03.2023, directed the Family Court, Trichy to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.390 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the records. The 1/3

learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy has submitted a requisition, dated 19.10.2023, stating that the case is pending for P.W.1 cross examination and seeks four months time to dispose of the case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant four months time to dispose of the case.

4.Accordingly, the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy is hereby directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.390 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
