Heard Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue legal Heirship Certificate for the petitioner's mother viz., Ananji, died on 13.01.2018, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.08.2019.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, upon notice, submitted that the Legal Heirship Certificate has been issued on 12.12.2019 to the petitioner, which is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
