ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey and to earmark the four boundaries of the petitioner's property in S.Nos.518/15A2, 518/16, 519/7B, 519/9 situated at Sathurvedamangalam Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai, as per the petitioner's application dated 26.08.2019. 2.Heard Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on 09.12.2019, the second respondent herein has surveyed the petitioner's property in S.Nos.518/15A2, 518/16, 519/7B, 519/9 situated at Sathurvedamangalam Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai and fixed the boundaries. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
