ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURALISANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and none appeared either in person or by an advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 640 days in filing the W.A.SR.(MD) No.74697 of 2022.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondent and the name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand Only) to the credit of the State Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to this Court.
