ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / Accused Nos.1 & 2, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4), 311 AND 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.469 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police produced the Detention Order passed by the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, Madurai, dated 05.11.2024 and it is seen that both the petitioners have been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
