2. The writ petitioners were employed in the respondent Corporation They reached the age of superannuation. Their grievance is that they were not given effect of the wage settlement that was entered into on 04.01.2018. It is not in dispute that the said settlement was notionally given from 01.09.2016. The actual monetary benefit was given for the months from 01.09.2017 to 31.12.2017. Admittedly, the petitioners have to be given differences in wages for the aforesaid four months. Their grievance is that they were not given the said wage difference. 4/6

3. The respondent management is directed to pay the wage difference to the petitioners for the aforesaid period within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
