ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 182/2023 from the 2nd respondent to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioners representation dated 10.10.2023. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report has been filed in this case, before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy before the concerned trial Court, if so aggrieved.
