ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Salesmen in a TASMAC shop seeking a mandamus to permit the petitioner to work in Shop No.8028 by considering his representation dated 10.09.2024. 2.On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as early as on 31.08.2013, the petitioner was dismissed from service after enquiry. The order was also communicated to the writ petitioner.
3.A perusal of the typed set of papers reveals that the petitioner has referred the order of dismissal dated 31.08.2013 in his representation dated 19.09.2016. Therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable without challenging the order of dismissal in a manner known to law. 2/4
4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
