O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.619 of 2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 10.09.2025, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents represented that the petitioner had not co-operated with the enquiry and hence, the final report could not be filed. Accordingly, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry on 18.09.2025. Further, on 24.10.2025, this Court also directed the petitioner to appear on 03.11.2025, as the petitioner did not appear on the earlier date mentioned above.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit today that the petitioner did not even appear for the enquiry on 03.11.2025.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is unable to contact his client.

5. In view of the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the prayer in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
