ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.151 of 2015, pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Sivagiri, within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, the issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 have filed the above suit in O.S.No.151 of 2015 for recovery of possession and for damages. He would further submit that though the case was referred to Lok Adalat, no settlement was arrived and the case is in part-heard stage.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also 2/4

the fact that the suit is pending from 2015 onwards, the learned Principal District Munsif, Sivagiri, is hereby directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.151 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
