O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to complete the proceedings in furtherance of the enquiry notice issued by the third respondent, dated 23.08.2024.

2. On a complaint by one Mrs.V.Malar, joint owner of the property, the enquiry was to be conducted. while so, the petitioner made an application on 29.08.2024 to the third respondent to conduct a survey and subdivide the lands. The petitioner also paid charges of Rs.500/- towards the same. According to the petitioner, no enquiry was conducted on her application and at the same time, no enquiry was conducted in pursuance of the enquiry notice, dated 23.08.2024. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, a direction is issued to the third respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the lands of the petitioner and also the joint owner, namely, 2/4

Mrs.V.Malar, after due notice to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
