Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 3/8

2.All that the petitioner wants is removal of encroachments made in the petition mentioned survey lands. It is not in dispute that the petition mentioned survey numbers are water bodies. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that proper survey will be conducted shortly and if encroachments are noticed, that would be removed after adhering to due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
