ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.152 of 2022 dated 08.11.2022 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for completing the investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that since the case was registered also for the offences under SC/ST Act, the investigation is being done by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Investigating Officer. He would further submit that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Devakottai Sub Division, Sivagangai District has been investigating the present case. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
