of Mr. M.Muthumanikkam Government Advocate (Crl. Side)for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to restore the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.20278 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-prosecution, on 15.09.2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, this petition for restoration is ordered and the Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20278 of 2022 is restored to file.

5. The Registry is directed to list the Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20278 of 2022 on 05.04.2024, for hearing.
