This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 51 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No. 51 of 2017 has been completed. He would also submit that the petitioner is neither an accused in the First Information Report nor in the Final Report.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
