PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposal dated 09.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner for the approval of the appointment of P.Manikandan as Junior Assistant w.e.f., 03.07.2023 with all attended monetary benefits without reference to G.O.Ms.No.238, School Education Department dated 13.11.2018 in the light of 1/4
similar order dated 10.10.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.17044 of 2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2024 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by an aided minority institution seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to approve the appointment of one P.Manikandan as Junior Assistant w.e.f.03.07.2023 with all attended monetary benefits.
2.Considering the fact that the petitioner's institution is a minority stand alone school, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the Management dated 09.08.2023 and pass orders approving the appointment of one P.Manikandan as Junior Assistant w.e.f.03.07.2023, with all attended monetary benefits, in case, if the proposal is still pending with the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
