Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to treat SSLC qualification obtained by the petitioner from the third respondent institution as equivalent to the SSLC offered by the State Board and thereafter consider petitioner for promotion to the post of Anganvadi worker vide representation dated 31.08.2023.

The instant writ petition has been filed by an Anganvadi Helper seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to treat SSLC qualification obtained by her from the third respondent institution as equivalent to SSLC offered by the State Board and consider her for promotion to the post of Anganvadi worker.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
