Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was employed in the respondent Bank. He reached the age of superannuation on 30.04.2018. He was not allowed to retire. The disciplinary proceedings that were earlier initiated, concluded in dismissal from service. Questioning the order dated 15.04.2021 passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent.

3. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the said appeal.

4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to consider and pass final order on the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first 2/4
