ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) Alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WA(MD)No.693 of 2020 dated 23.02.2024, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would produce the order dated 11.11.2025 of the 3rd respondent and submitted that the order of this Court is complied with and the petitioner was given incentive increment as directed by the Division Bench.

3 The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that arrears of incentive increment is yet to be disbursed.

4. The contemnors are directed to take steps to pay the arrears amount within a reasonable time.
