Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and pass any other orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a complaint was given by the third respondent against the petitioner on which enquiry was conducted by the official respondents in CSR No.648 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner has given an undertaking that he will settle the issue, by returning the car and other documents to the third respondent on or before 09.10.2023. Recording the undertaking, the complaint against the petitioner given by the third respondent was closed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint was enquired and on the basis of the undertaking of the petitioner, the same was closed and there is no harassment to the petitioner. 2/4

4.Recording the submission of the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that no complaint is pending against the petitioner as on date, this criminal original petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
