PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondent No.1 to 3 to provide Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members life and liberty from the Respondent No.4 and 5 by 1/5

considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.1 to 3 to provide Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members life and liberty from the Respondent No.4 and 5 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is an issue between two brothers. The petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents are own brothers. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though it is ancestral property, after partition they are cultivating their separate portions. In respect of the above said partition, the private respondents are making trouble by throwing liquor bottle. Over which, the representation was made. On the basis of the representation enquiry has been 2/5

undertaken in C.S.R.No.309 of 2023 and summon has been issued. But, they did not properly co-operate. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the 3rd respondent herein. 3.Let the said enquiry be completed by the respondent police and pass orders within a period of fifteen days from the date receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning both parties, by ascertaining the ground situation. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
