CRL OP(MD). No.19162 of 2019 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) pointed out that the petitioner is having as many as nine previous cases. The petitioner is said to have caused stab injury to the victim. 4.In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. The only course open to him is to surrender and apply for a regular bail.
