PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent No.2 not to interfere in the Civil Dispute of the petitioners with the respondent No.3 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2023.

Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed not to interfere in the Civil Dispute of the petitioners with the respondent No.3 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners against one Balamurugapandi, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil issue between the parties, it was closed on 18.10.2023, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. After closure of the above said complaint, another complaint was given by the said Balamurugapandi/3rd 2/4

respondent against these petitioners to the Superintendent of Police, Madurai, that was forwarded to the second respondent herein and that was also closed following the above said closure.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advcoate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous.
