Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the second respondent on 06.08.2024 in his Proceedings No.9956/2024/m3 and quash the same as illegal.

Heard Mr.C.Guhaseelarupan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent on 06.08.2024 in his Proceedings No. 9956/2024/m3.

3. Even though a larger relief has been sought for in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would confine 2/4

his prayer for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the Original Application in O.A.No.4 of 2021 filed by the petitioner under Section 63(b) of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, within the period stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction directing the second respondent to dispose of the Original Application in O.A.No.4 of 2021 pending before him, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
