ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and a requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, vide D.No.577/A1/2024, dated 30.01.2024, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.20 of 2013.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 20.03.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.20 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sathankulam, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned District Munsif, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing O.S.No.20 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sathankulam, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
