O RDER This petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.209 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the complainant, the respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.209 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 124(A), 143, 153(A) and 188 of IPC against the petitioner and others. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) submitted that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report in P.R.C.No.205 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy and it has not been taken on file so far.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per 2/5

Rules. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved against the contents of the final report. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
