The learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, has sent a letter through the learned Principal District Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, in D.No.5313/2025-A, dated 17.06.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.91 of 2024, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.12.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, five months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.91 of 2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
