ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the entire records in Cr.No.282 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent. 2.Heard Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearig today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudhukottai, and the same was committed to the committal Court and assigned in P.R.C.No.7 of 2020 and the same is pending before the said Court.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advcate(Crl.side) appearing for the State, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he shall work out his remedy in the manner known to law through appropriate proceedings.
